It is very rich in Protein, Iron & calcium\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>INGREDIENTS:\r<br>Moong dal 1/2 cup,\r<br>Jaggery - 6 to 7 table spoons,\r<br>milk - 1 cup,\r<br>coconut,cashew nut ,dry grapes,ghee,\r<br>cooking camphor,cardamon powder,honey\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>STEPS:\r<br>- Dry roast dal, wash and soak for 10 mins.
